Most women don’t get the results they want because they don’t know how to take up space unapologetically. There’s a part of them afraid to be seen, make a mistake, or be too much or not enough. This container is a safe space for you to practice opening up your throat chakra, speaking your truth, and allowing yourself to be seen, heard, held, and witnessed unapologetically.
